Cookies

Last updated May 9, 2026

This page lists the cookies and similar technologies Stocktrade uses, what each one does, and how to control them. The processors named below are the same ones described in our Privacy notice.

1.What cookies and tags are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. A tag is a snippet of JavaScript that fires when a page loads, often used to record an analytics event or attribute an ad click. Together, they let us deliver the site reliably, understand what readers find useful, and measure whether our advertising actually reaches the right people.

2.Cookies and tags we use

We use Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S) to show the consent dialog, record your choices, and—where configured—delay non-essential tags until you consent. Third-party analytics and advertising tags below are subject to that setup.

Cookiebot
Consent management platform. Sets cookies (for example CookieConsent) to remember your preferences and renewal periods. Operated by Usercentrics A/S, Denmark. Privacy notice: Cookiebot privacy policy.
Google Tag Manager
Loader for the analytics and advertising tags below. Does not itself set cookies for tracking; configuration is delivered via googletagmanager.com.
Google Ads
Sets first-party cookies (for example _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) to attribute conversions to ad clicks. Manage personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Microsoft Clarity
Sets cookies (for example _clck and _clsk) to record aggregate, anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Clarity respects the browser-level “Do Not Track” signal; details at Clarity cookies documentation.
IPInfo
Server-side IP-to-geography lookup used to localise content. Does not set a cookie in your browser.
Vercel
Our hosting provider may set short-lived operational cookies to route requests reliably. These are not used for tracking and are required for the site to function.

3.Other browser storage

We also store a small lang-preference value in your browser's localStorage when you switch language so we can keep your choice across visits. This value is not transmitted to any server and is not a cookie. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

4.How to control cookies

Use the cookie banner or Cookiebot's preference controls on this site to change consent for categories we offer there, when available. You can also clear CookieConsent and related cookies in your browser to see the banner again on a later visit.

Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their privacy settings. Look for “Cookies,” “Site data,” or “Privacy and security” in your browser's preferences. The vendor-specific opt-out links above offer finer-grained control over advertising personalisation.

Blocking cookies entirely may degrade some features (for example, keeping you logged into your unsubscribe confirmation, or remembering your language preference).

5.Changes and contact

We may update this page when we add, remove, or change tools. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent material change. Questions go to team@newbeverley.com, and the broader privacy framing lives on the Privacy page.
